Travel Reimbursement Information

The deadline for submitting a reimbursement request is July 3, 2025. The Travel Reimbursement form will be sent via email from SeasonsOfCS.org after your workshop concludes. Please check the inbox for the email address you used for workshop registration. No late submissions will be accepted.

📌 Important!  Regional summer workshops for Grade K-5 educators and statewide CSPDWeek summer workshops for Grade 6-12 educators have different travel reimbursement policies and procedures. Scroll down to learn more.

Please note Winter of CS happened during the 2025 CA STEAM Symposium in San Diego and has a different travel reimbursement policy and procedure than regional summer workshops and statewide CSPDWeek summer workshops in Anaheim happening the week of June 23-27, 2025.
